Your first time back after giving birth, I usually focus on neck, shoulders/ upper body, because those are the areas most commonly complained about. In longer or follow-up sessions, I work the hips & back, align your hips and then squeeze hips & ribs with a rebozo, to bring you back to your pre-pregnancy self. When bleeding has ended, I can align your uterus and if you had a C-section, I can start doing scar therapy 8 weeks postpartum. I can give you a lot of information on supplementation for recovery
Lymphatic Drainage decreases swelling, improves immune health, and is recommended after surgeries. It’s for anyone with autoimmune, lymphedema, brain fog, or other health challenges. It's also helpful for digestive issues and helps decrease abdominal bloating. Scar Therapy may be included in these sessions, if you have surgical scars that are at least 8 weeks old. Every massage I offer, includes lymphatic drainage. If you're confused about choosing this or another massage, just know, I include lymphatic drainage in fertility, pregnancy, postpartum massage.
